Got this from Peachy. Actually, her blog title caught my attention because I was browsing a winter gallery at that time featuring snow pictures in NC. I wonder if people from there are now witnessing any signs of spring already after a very cold winter weather. I'll go and ask the Wilmington NC real estate broker that I know and she might shed some answers.
