Depuy Hip Implants

Osteoporosis commonly affects post menopausal women ages 60 and above. This is a disease wherein bones become brittle and fragile due to the loss of bone mass. It can affect all bone types on the body but most remarked changes occur in the vertebrae and the hip bones. Vertebral bone defect causes the poor stature of osteoporotic women, sadly full vertebral replacements are not yet approved in the market.

However in 2005, hip problems in this patient population has been enlightened and blessed with the approval for full hip implants known as the DePuy Hip Implants. This implant replaces the diseased sockets with almost anew. Almost all implants proved to be successful until 2009, when Depuy hip recall happened due to incidence of swelling, pain and infection on the hip replacements.  Attorneys O’Hanlon, McCollom & Demerath, whose contact numbers are seen below, are the most trusted lawyers in complex product  liability claims as well as in handling an Accutane lawsuit.  Do give them a call.
